First Job: Although I had a lot of babysitting jobs, I consider my first introduction into the business world with First Pennsylvania Bank. I was a summer teller during my 4 high school years and would “float” to various branches to cover employee vacations.

Judgment Calls

Best Decision: Moving laterally from Credit Operations to Human Resources to fulfill a career aspiration.

Worst Decision: In a previous management position, I allowed bad behavior to cloud my judgment and kept a very “unhappy employee” longer than necessary.

Toughest Decision: I have only worked for 4 companies my entire life, and find it difficult to leave behind the people that I supported and built a professional relationship with.

Mentor: My mother. As one of eight children, I don’t know how she found the time to start her own business and create a computer school for special needs children. Loved by everyone, she instilled her values of consistency, the importance of relationships, and that it is alright for a women to be competitive.

Personal Interests: Tennis, knee hockey, movies, crafts, any beach with a good book, home improvement initiatives and most importantly spending time with my family and friends.
