The Situation

This organization held their first conference in Dallas, Texas in May 2014. After talking with the meeting planning team, IMS discovered that they were researching companies to provide audio, visual, lighting, scenic and content creation services for their extended conference series through 2015.

Client Needs

C-Suite Network required a tech-savvy production partner to assist them in planning and executing a world-class series of conferences for over 350 people with the added challenge of recently losing a key Planning Team Member. The client interviewed four Event Staging companies and chose IMS Technology Services to be their production partner for conferences starting with the November 2014 conference.

The IMS Solution

Members of the IMS Sales and Production Management Team met with C-Suite personnel over the course of several months to gain a full understanding of the client’s culture, past experiences and production requirements. This allowed IMS to provide a complete proposal which included staging, lighting, video production and furniture rental for their second conference and orchestrated regular meetings to allow all parties to participate in the planning process. IMS prepared several variations of Event Staging designs and pricing for C-Suite personnel. IMS worked alongside C-Suite's television production crew as well as other vendors to make the conference a complete success.
