SteppingStone Scholars’ Spring Gala is an awards and fund raising event managed by Dunleavy and Associates that boasts 500+ attendees. The Philadelphia Museum of Art was chosen as the event’s location whose inspiring grandiosity was only upstaged by a guest musical performance from recording artist John Legend. IMS created a visually stimulating atmosphere that incorporated the beauty of the Philadelphia skyline with the historical marvel of the Museum of Art.

What SteppingStone Scholars needed was pristine audio, video and lighting for both presentations and live entertainment accompanied by scenic décor that enhanced the clear top tent but didn’t hinder the city skyline or museum views. The Spring Gala organizers required seamless PowerPoint and video playback capabilities with live image magnification and video recording through high definition broadcast quality cameras. In order to highlight the event, SteppingStone Scholars needed architectural and ambient LED lighting both inside the tent and for visually enhancing the museum.
