Project Synopsis

Primavera was in the later stages of a full corporate renovation of their Executive and Administrative office space. IMS was requested to quickly adapt to the architectural and construction designs being implemented for 3 main exhibit and conferencing areas. IMS needed to integrate the right type of presentation, audio and video conferencing technologies needed for Primavera to execute Executive Level strategic meetings. IMS engineers and project managers spent countless hours in the coordination effort to meet fast tracked completion dates for design,programming and implementation. Primavera utilizes these rooms every day to expand and improve their business.

Video Conference Room. Video System in a Dual Monitor configuration with 50 inch HD Plasma displays connected to a Polycom HDX 9000 Series High Definition VTC System. Full 450 MHz. matrix switching, Crestron wireless TPI controller with linked to AV and VTC. Integrated table interfaces for local presentations to be sent over the Video Calls. Program Audio and Audio Conferencing using a Biamp DSP system.
